Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Elevates Fortenberry to Partner

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that the firm has elevated Jason Fortenberry to partner in its Jackson, MS office, effective January 1.

He regularly represents and advises businesses in a variety of matters ranging from consumer finance litigation and products liability actions to intellectual property disputes, commercial real estate acquisition/litigation, and various employment concerns. Mr. Fortenberry holds a J.D. (magna cum laude) from the Mississippi College School of Law and a B.A. from Mississippi State University.
